Yes, we want you to be completely satisfied with our cleaning services. If for any reason you're not happy with our work, please let us know within 24 hours and we'll make it right.
Payments are due on the day of your scheduled service. The only form of payment accepted is credit card, so that there is no risk of loss or damage to a check. We accept your credit card information upon scheduling our first clean.
We do our best to be prompt and meet the cleaning time indicated, but traffic, other clients and unforeseen circumstances may affect our scheduled arrival time. Therefore please understand that all appointment times are (approximate) arrival times. For this reason, we send an "on our way" text before arrival. If your scheduled cleaner is going to be more than 30 minutes later than the approximate schedule time, we will contact you. If no arrival time is indicated, then the cleaning will be done between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Our cleaning people appreciate your flexibility.
We understand how unpredictable life can be. That’s why we work with your schedule to ensure that we’re cleaning your home at a time that’s most convenient for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning, we recommend that you do so 48 hours before your next scheduled service to avoid a 50% cancelation fee. We will do our best to accommodate all of your scheduling needs, however, if our team is locked out or sent away before the service is completed, we do charge the full cost of the clean.
No. Because we work on an 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. schedule, Monday to Friday, most of our customers aren’t home when we arrive. In a majority of these cases, our insured housecleaning professionals are provided with a spare key or garage code.
At Gleam, we treat every single home we clean with the utmost respect. If something happens to break during our routine service, we’ll do our best to repair or replace the item. Our residential housekeepers are fully insured, so claims can be filed when appropriate.
